Go behind the scenes with DeShayes Residential Resort Design as we transform a property with a bluestone driveway, custom sidewalks and pool stairs, and a beautiful swimming pool renovation.
At DeShayes Residential Resort Design, creating a beautiful outdoor living space is about more than the finished product — it’s about the craftsmanship, planning, and attention to detail that bring every element together.
In this behind-the-scenes look at our latest landscape design project, we’re transforming the property with a combination of premium hardscaping, custom stonework, and pool renovations designed to elevate the entire outdoor experience.
Bluestone Driveway Installation: Timeless Elegance Meets Durability
A beautifully designed driveway sets the tone for the entire property. Our team is installing a stunning bluestone driveway to create an elegant, sophisticated entrance that complements the surrounding landscape and enhances the home’s curb appeal.
Bluestone offers a timeless natural-stone appearance, making it an excellent choice for luxury residential properties. Its distinctive color variations and refined finish create a high-end look that pairs beautifully with custom landscaping and outdoor living features.
New Sidewalks and Custom Stairs Leading to the Pool
Connecting different areas of the property is essential to creating a functional and visually cohesive outdoor environment. As part of this project, we’re installing new sidewalks and carefully constructed stairs that lead directly to the pool area.
These features provide convenient access while creating a seamless transition between the home’s exterior, driveway, walkways, and poolside retreat. Every detail contributes to a unified design that balances aesthetics, accessibility, and long-term durability.
Pool Renovation: Refreshing the Backyard Retreat
The pool renovation is another important part of this outdoor transformation. By improving the existing pool area and coordinating the surrounding hardscape, we’re helping create a more inviting space for relaxation, entertaining, and enjoying time outdoors.
When a pool renovation is integrated with new walkways, stairs, and driveway improvements, the result is a more cohesive outdoor living space where every feature works together.
Behind the Scenes: Quality Craftsmanship from Start to Finish
Projects of this scale require careful coordination between landscape design, masonry, hardscape installation, and pool improvements. From preparing surfaces to installing natural stone and refining the transitions between each area, our team focuses on the details that make a lasting difference.
At DeShayes Residential Resort Design, we take pride in transforming properties into personalized outdoor retreats that combine functionality, quality materials, and exceptional design.
